A video course of approximately 40 minutes, structured as follows: initial warm-up on the mat, strength training exercises using the support of the apparatus, hoop tricks, and a final choreographic combo.
The strength exercises and tricks are divided as follows: scapula pull-up, popliteal grip, double popliteal grip, wheelbarrow (cariola), and corkscrew (cavatappi).
